We are expanding our Insights team and currently looking for a Report Manager. This role will work closely with both the Head of Insights and the Head of Content in the production of our market-leading reports and content.

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious and who has experience of distilling complex issues into engaging content.

The Report Manager will oversee services to support Prohibition Partners’ annual content calendar including country reports, industry guides and blog posts on the international cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and managing a team of researchers/ writers (they may be remote workers or based in-office) and providing the necessary guidance and support. This may include team training, providing editorial support and forging strong cross-geography teamwork practices.
  • Overseeing quality control of report design and final research outputs (PDF reports, PPTs, infographics) to ensure all publications are of the highest quality and publish on time.
  • You’ll be responsible for developing strong relationships across the ECH businesses and working closely with the data team to ensure that data platforms have the most up to date information.
  • This role has client-facing elements including providing report debriefs to report sponsors and engaging with clients at events.
  • You’ll also be responsible for helping to ensure continuous improvement of Prohibition Partners’ report content and outputs

We are looking for a Content Manager to support the Prohibition Partners content team. The successful candidate will focus on managing projects, personnel, timelines and budgets in conjunction with the Head of Content. Responsible as part of the content team for the delivery of our market leading reports and our digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the digital and social team to create relevant content for our industry and audiences
  • Working with the insights team to create reports and supporting content across channels
  • Working with our PR team to develop content for traditional publications and media channels
  • Sourcing and managing external service suppliers including designers, editors and writers
  • Coordinating work and production plans for all contributing third party content creators

  • Report generation – undertake the necessary content writing for planned report publications, producing professional and informative copy with strong flow, message and coherency in line with the Prohibition Partners house style and standards.
  • Content generation – working with the wider team of researchers, designers and editors, the writer will be responsible for generating content across a range of media including traditional publications, blogs and digital channels.
