SWITZERLAND COULD BECOME EUROPE’S FIRST FULLY FLEDGED ADULT-USE MARKET ‘BY 2026’
Switerzland has approved a draft propsal to establish a fully commercial adult-use cannabis market, putting the country in pole position to be the first in Europe to do so. A new draft for a federal law, which would enable citizens to legally ‘grow, buy, possess and consume cannabis,’ was passed with a convincing majority (14-9) by the National Council’s Social Security and Health Committee.
