CZECH SENATE APPROVES MAJOR LEGALISATION OF CANNABIS ACROSS THE COUNTRY
Under the new amendment, it will be legal to cultivate up to three cannabis plants per person. Possession of up to 100 grams of dried cannabis at home and 25 grams in public will also be permitted. Possession of 100 to 200 grams will be considered a misdemeanour, while larger amounts may still constitute a criminal offence.
