THE US OFFICIALLY RESCHEDULES CANNABIS, PARTLY…
After years of false starts, political delays and administrative paralysis, the United States federal government has taken its first concrete step toward rescheduling cannabis. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche signed an order on April 22, moving state-licensed medical cannabis and FDA-approved cannabis drug products from Schedule I to Schedule III of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).
