Our Brands

Our world-class brands act as fundamental and proprietary building blocks, providing a first point of contact for discovery in the global cannabis industry.

Prohibition Partners is a technology company that provides the global cannabis industry with specialist information, data analytics and B2B commerce solutions.

As cannabis seeks to become a trillion-dollar global industry in the next five years, issues of trust, transparency and information are standing in its way. Prohibition Partners connects decision makers to a dynamic network of information, tools and people. Using the power of technology, we connect businesses to accurate information on the global industry, connect with new partners and help them make faster, smarter decisions.

Our vision is for a legal cannabis industry where the abundant economic, societal and health benefits of the plant can be realised around the world.

The beginning of the global COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 saw part of Prohibition Partners’ events offering quickly pivot – from physical, in-person conferences, to virtual events.

We took our industry-leading conferences online, delivering agenda-setting content, targeted virtual networking and engaging, experiential digital experiences. In June 2020, we hosted the most ambitious online cannabis conference that the global cannabis industry had ever experienced. In May 2021, we did it all again.

During these two large scale virtual conferences – attended by over 2,000 influential industry stakeholders from all over the world – we hosted over 70 engaging panels, debates and talks with a diverse lineup of over 300 academic, business and celebrity speakers.

The inaugural Cannabis Europa conference took place on 22 May 2018 at the Barbican in London. Within a month, the Home Office acknowledged the medical benefits of cannabis and reviewed their stance on its use as medicine, beginning a path towards patient access.

Since then, Cannabis Europa has pushed things forward to shape the future of cannabis, hosting industry-leading conferences in: Paris (2019), London (2019), Toronto (2019), New York (2019), Madrid (2020), and London (2021). In the process, Cannabis Europa has grown to become the leading international cannabis conference focused on the European market.

Cannabis Europa conferences connect influential leaders in science, policy and business, helping to build a responsible and effective European cannabis industry that nurtures innovation, access and growth. Our events are a catalyst for political change, and a platform for cannabis-related businesses to connect with mainstream brands.

Business of Cannabis hosts a number of quarterly events and annual cannabis conferences in North America. In September 2021, the inaugural Business of Cannabis: New York summit was held in the iconic Rainbow Room at the Rockefeller Center, bringing together over 300 of the most influential businesses, financial institutions and political thought leaders to shape the future of the State’s emerging legal cannabis industry.

Atalis is a B2B marketplace that enables businesses to buy and sell cannabis-related products and services online – easily, safely and confidently.

The Atalis Marketplace is being developed with three key objectives at its core:

  1. To facilitate the integration of the European cannabis supply chain by generating a region-wide network of reputable businesses
  2. To make transactions safe and attractive to mainstream brands and businesses in traditional industries.
  3. To help the cannabis industry self-regulate by providing premium services aimed at tackling key pain points of the industry.

Atalis is due to launch and begin onboarding buyers and sellers later this year (2022), with the aim of supporting growth of the cannabis industry in Europe and beyond.
